I previously posted a negative review on these baskets complaining that the shipment was weeks late with no word of expected availability. I was called two days later by Proslat. The representative apologized, provided an update on the expected arrival, provided a discount for my troubles, and indicated that they were modifying their procedures to make sure that customers were well-informed about any issues with services. This indicated that they pay attention to reviews, care about the reviews, and act quickly to resolve any problems. Excellent service that is very appreciated! BTW, I previously purchased some of these baskets and found that they work very well and are one of the most versatile and useful accessories. We love our Proslat walls.
