The product is well made and easy to work with. What I learned from my instruction:
1. The slats cut best with a finer tool chop saw. If you try to trim a small amount because you cut too long, you “might” chip the edge beyond what is hidden by the J or H trim.
2. Think about the hooks and you can double up on the 4” with shovels.
3. The kayak hooks are good for bikes and come out about 21” inches. I’m happy with my.choice but you need to have enough room.
4. Leave the vertical J and H trim long. I prefer a steady hand and a reciprocating hand saw vs the snips that are recommended. You won’t cut your wall if you have a steady hand.
5. The shipping package is ok but can be improved. I hade 2 slates slightly marked because the cardboard had a tear.

This will be the second house I have installed proslat in. I am always working on projects and an organized garage is very important to me. Proslat is so versatile and easy to install. I can now park all three vehicles in my garage. Two trucks and a jeep. I have all the room I need to work on everything Great quality at a fair price.

I love the product. Easy to install; looks great. Very useful. FedEx shipping has been a mess. I've placed 2 orders and one was lost, the other damaged. Not Proslat's fault.

Whenever I need slatwall on a job I use Proslat PVC. Great stuf!!!

O M Goodness! This product is incredible! Very clean, professional quality and appearance, easy to install, and exactly what I had hoped for. It is easy to assemble in a variety of patterns to meet your needs! The only problem I had was now I want more for other areas! 😂

I bought this version of Prostat's slat wall because of its ability to hold 200 lbs per linear foot and I liked the black carbon fiber look. I'm happy with the product for these reasons. I will add, however, that I gave it 4 stars because the top trim piece doesn't attach easily into the top slat with the aluminum rail. I ended up just using a single screw to help it stay in place. Also, the packaging is low quality although everything arrived without damage so it's not a big deal, I just thought I'd mention it. But this stuff looks great on the wall and it's strong as an ox. It handles holding my lawnmower, and the heavy duty 48" shelves hold 120 lbs of Traeger pellets per shelf, all without any problem.

We have a house in AZ that we spend our winters in that has Slatwall and it really enhances the storage in our garage. When we built a new home in MN, I decided to put up two 8 foot wide sections of slatwall in our new garage. I had never installed it before, but it was an easy process - all I had to do is find the wall studs, make sure the first strip was level and put it on the wall. We love how we can store our tools, lawn chairs, bike stuff, etc. in the garage and out of the way and move it around as needed. Definitely recommend this product.

We bought the shelves to hold diapers for a nonprofit program and they were perfect. I bought two sets for myself to help organize my basement and garage. They work wonderfully for both needs. Super easy and hold up wonderfully.

Can finally park in the garage!

I was waiting to find the right slat wall for my garage. The silver carbon fiber was the perfect patch for the wall color of the garage. It was very easy to install even with one person doing it. The hard part comes in how to utilize it for your space. Still a project in the works. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my silver carbon fiber slat wall.

My garage used to be a total disaster. Now, it's less of a disaster thanks to the slatwall holding up a lot of my junk. Easy to put up (once you get the first row), and 0 issues so far. Would recommend.

So easy to install. Once that work is done, you can customize to store everything. With two kids sports changing all the time I needed this.
