This is my third garage

I install these with my eyes closed it’s my third garage that I used same panels so I accumulated a lot of hooks. Best system. Major improvements since last two times on how they click together. Much easier install 3rd time around.

Solid Product

I rarely give 5 stars. My first foray into slat wall products. Install went well and it looks great. One J strip came partially split, but I did not need all provided in my multi panel arrangement. Would have preferred a single 8’ J strip rather than the 2 x 4’. Youtuber was right, provided bit driver isn’t great. Buy a better one.

A very good product.

The product is well made and easy to work with. What I learned from my instruction:
1. The slats cut best with a finer tool chop saw. If you try to trim a small amount because you cut too long, you “might” chip the edge beyond what is hidden by the J or H trim.
2. Think about the hooks and you can double up on the 4” with shovels.
3. The kayak hooks are good for bikes and come out about 21” inches. I’m happy with my.choice but you need to have enough room.
4. Leave the vertical J and H trim long. I prefer a steady hand and a reciprocating hand saw vs the snips that are recommended. You won’t cut your wall if you have a steady hand.
5. The shipping package is ok but can be improved. I hade 2 slates slightly marked because the cardboard had a tear.
